- Analyze where you're spending your time.

- Eliminate all distractions. 

- Break tasks into smaller pieces and set small goals for that tasks.


4. Put First Things First.

- Complete your most difficult tasks first thing in the morning. 

- Find the 20% that is creating the 80% of desired outcomes and focus more on those activities.


5. Keep a Check On Your Distractions.

- Take breaks. 

- Listen to music to avoid distractions.


6. Have a Back Up Plan.

- Learn from successes as well as failures.
